Decorate Athletic Apparel for a Swimwear Manufacturers Development Company

After making the tough decision about whether to jump into numbering and lettering on athletic apparel manufacturers  how you're going to apply those letters and numbers.

The simplest approach - because that's what you do every day - is to screen print them directly and be done with it. But when you think about how many screens are needed to print all the different number configurations from "00" to "99", it makes your head spin! At this point, you realize that you need a better solution to do the sport numbering yourself.

If you're serious about sportswear decoration, it's in your best interest to purchase a dedicated numbering system that will adequately complement your production needs.

Having the right equipment for the job at hand is critical in any business, and if you don't, it's like embroidering with a single-head machine. Unfortunately, many screen printers do not offer team numbering and simply refer the work to other companies. What's wrong with this picture? They don't realize that they are turning down jobs that have real profit potential, even on smaller team orders.

There are five reasonable methods for doing sports numbering in-house: Paper or plastic stencils, screen-printed numbering machines, screen-in-screen systems, heat-applied graphics and computer-cut numbers. So let's briefly describe each method to find the right approach for your needs.

Competitive Swimwear Manufacturers Use Carbon to Gain an Edge

The 2008 Beijing Olympics changed the world of swimming forever. The competition introduced a host of new technologies designed to give swimmers an edge. The biggest buzz came from the full-body suits that covered the swimmer from neck to ankle, including the arms.

Many Olympic records were broken, and the vast majority of gold medals went to swimmers wearing the new suits.

Records continued to fall in subsequent competitions, and the controversy continued to swell until the World Swimming Federation (FINA) decided to intervene in 2009. FINA announced new rules that swimsuits for men could no longer cover anything above the waist or below the knee. These suits became known as "swim jammers." FINA also ruled on the fabric composition of swimmers swimsuits.

Rather than stifling manufacturers' innovation, the new regulations encouraged it. In fact, every major manufacturer began to break new ground within the confines of the regulations.

As expected, most of the innovations revolved around helping swimmers stay streamlined throughout the race. By using innovative materials, the new suits help compress the swimmer's thigh muscles to reduce drag. The compression also helps swimmers recover muscles and assists them in returning to a streamlined position after turns and jump starts.

The Role of the Modern Product Development Company

The role of the product development company has steadily grown in importance throughout the 20th century. After World War II, all Western economies transitioned to unprecedented capitalism, with success based on the continuous creation and consumption of goods and services.

On the goods side, the product development society was where all the ideas came from, and without solid ideas that were useful to the consuming masses, the whole thing was at risk. The concept of needing many other things besides food, clothing and shelter kept the wheels of capitalism turning.

A clothing development company may be hired by another company or individual to develop an idea that can be brought to market. It may also simply develop ideas for itself that it thinks have promise.

In most cases, however, it will develop ideas for other organizations. In most cases, these concepts are shrouded in secrecy; if they are to become big money spinners, they must be protected from industrial espionage.
